App Onboarding

Dealer enters code, sets profile, picks language, picks their Spark name. Daily teaser content unlocks: brand teaser film fragments, dealer testimonials, product hints.

The Spark Quiz

A 60-second sleep personality quiz inside the app. Result is a Spark profile — "The Guardian," "The Architect," "The Whisperer" — printed on their event badge.

A walk-through retail experience rebranded in the new identity — five product zones. Each zone is a station in the game. Dealers play in groups of 5–8, rotating in 20-minute slots.

The Peak Moment

250 commitments. One constellation.

A 30ft × 12ft LED wall in the main ballroom. As each dealer submits their FY27 commitment in-app, their Spark lights up — placed in the constellation by region. As the room watches, 250 individual stars become one map of the year ahead. The image is then printed, framed, and gifted to each dealer the next morning.
