The Spark arrives 21 days early — as a physical box, then as an app. By the time the dealer flies, they've already met 5 peers, picked their Spark identity, and unlocked the agenda. The cold start is solved.
The dealer checks in via app. By 18:30, all 250 phones light up in unison at the brand reveal moment — a coordinated app event. The new identity is "unlocked" in their pocket the moment it appears on stage.
Five product zones. Each zone is a station in the quest. Scan the Spark medallion, watch the 90-second story, do the physical demo, answer 3 fast questions, walk away with a permanent talk-track card for next Monday's customer.
The Hero Reveal stage rotates the new mattress into view, and beside it stands the Cutaway Bed — a physical sculpture with every layer exposed and back-lit. When dealers scan the Spark on the bed, a synced 90-second layer story plays on their phone. Tangible on the floor, premium in the pocket.
The peak moment of the event. Each dealer enters their FY27 commitment privately in-app. The submission lights up their personal Spark on the 30ft LED wall — placed by region. As the room watches, 250 individual stars become one constellation. The image is printed overnight and gifted next morning.
